2008 LDYSL Annual General Meeting
Please be advised that the 2008 Annual General Meeting will be held 9:30am Sunday November 9, 2008 at the Greek Canadian Community Centre.
Registration will start at 9:00am.
14.0 AMENDMENTS TO THE CONSTITUTION
14.1 All proposed amendments shall be submitted by a member club, in writing to the secretary, at least thirty (30) days prior to the Annual General Meeting or Special General Meeting.
14.2 Copies of all proposed amendments will be sent to all member clubs at least fourteen (14) days prior to the meeting at which they will be considered.
14.3 Amendments to the Constitution shall require a two-thirds (2/3) majority of the votes cast at an AGM or SGM. All amendments must be submitted to EMSA for review and / or approval.
